Q. How much does a listing cost?
A. Our standard advertising package starts at $24.99 and includes sign delivery and pick up. You also have the option of a Featured ad for maximum exposure.  Featured listings rotate on our site's home page and in our site's left margin. Featured listings also display on our featured listing page.

Q. How long does it take for my listing to show up?
A. That depends on method of payment. If using a credit/debit card, your listing will be immediately accessible. 

Q. How long will my listing remain active?
A. This depends on the duration of your listing package.  We offer 1, 3, 6 months, or an until sold package. Your listing will remain active until your property is sold, taken off the market or listed with a realtor. Usage of BellefontaineFSBO.com signs are included for as as your home remains active on our site.

Q. My house has sold, how do I remove it from the site?
A. Simply login and change your properties status to sold, alternatively you can also email admin@bellefontainefsbo.com and we will remove the listing for you and come to pickup your signage. Please make sure that all signs are available in your yard for pickup.

Q. Do I pay any fees if my house sells from your site?
A. No, our site simply provides a service that allows you to advertise your home.  There is no commission if your home sells.  You only pay the initial advertising fee of the package that you selected.

Q. Can I make changes to my listing after it has posted?
A. Certainly! You can make any changes you like by logging in to your account at any time. You can change descriptions, change/add photos,  or advertise upcoming open houses. You are in control of your listing, all changes are real time and will appear immediately.

Q. Will you add the pictures to my advertisement?
A. We are here to help. If you have trouble adding your photos contact us by email. If you have photos that need to be scanned you can send them by mail and we will add them to your listing.

Q. Who owns the signs & brochure box?
A. The signs and brochure box are the property of BellefontaineFSBO.com. We will handle pickup and delivery, but you are responsible for any damage or theft of the yard sign (see our terms).
